Chelsea Frames is a Chelsea-based custom framing studio focused on conservation framing using archival, museum-quality materials. Its approach centers on protecting artwork through reversible, non-altering methods and acid-free components designed for long-term preservation.

Projects are assembled in-house at the Ninth Avenue studio, with a consultative design process that evaluates the artwork’s condition, display context, and protection needs. The studio frames artwork, photography, heirlooms, and objects, and also handles frame repair along with glass and matting replacement.
